Officials at the scene said it happened just before 7 p.m. Sunday evening in the 11000 block of Madera Run Parkway in Atascocita. The man was a military recruiter, the sheriff said. Authorities said the shooting occurred on the 3900 block of Atascocita Road, just before 12:45 a.m. Saturday. According to Sheriff Gonzalez, two agents with NCIS, or Naval Criminal Investigative Service, were inside a home talking with one woman who was said to be having domestic violence issues with her husband, who was a recruiter with the Navy. A second NCIS Special Agent on scene returned fire on the subject, who managed to flee and drive away. Authorities said a third male fled the scene on foot.
